NatWest MentorAware 1.0 app for iPhone and iPad

MentorAware is the App for NatWest Start-up Business Customers that makes sure you know the compliance basics for running your business and staying on the right side of Employment Law & HR, Health and Safety, Environmental and Tax issues.

The App has four main features:

LEARN
In MentorAware ‘Learn’, you’ll find a range of introductory eLearning modules designed to give you a quick introduction to your key responsibilities in Employment Law & HR and Health & Safety. The modules cover key topics, ranging from recruiting employees and managing grievances, to fire awareness and display screen equipment, providing a key starting point in these crucial areas.

CALCULATE
MentorAware ‘Calculate’ gives you access to a range of handy calculators to help you work out key staff entitlements and Health & Safety obligations. From calculating maternity and sick pay to working out how many First Aiders you need in your business, our calculators will help you stay on top of the law in both HR and Health & Safety.

UPDATE
MentorAware ‘Update’ helps you to keep abreast of key compliance issues with sector-focused news and updates. You’ll also get access to Mentor’s Magazine as well as our monthly eBulletin. These publications are all designed to keep you up to date with all that’s new in Employment Law & HR, Health & Safety, Environmental Management and Tax.

GUIDE
MentorAware ‘Guide’ will let you access straightforward ‘How-to’ guides to steer you through the minefield of employing staff and keeping them safe. Topics covered include managing the recruitment process and sickness absence, and the basics of first aid and risk assessments, giving you the information you need to confidently carry out a range of compliance tasks.

NatWest MentorAware is available to NatWest Start-up Business Account Holders. Once you have opened a NatWest Start-up Business Account, you will receive a Welcome Letter from us containing the code you need to activate your membership of MentorAware.
